CUC has complemented our existing portfolio of building products with restaurant and retail projects, auto dealerships and public/institutional buildings. Each of these types of buildings have unique challenges associated with them. For example, restaurant design and construction has stringent health and building code requirements. Also many public/government buildings require a balance of design and function. Our projects are wide-ranging and, like all projects, rely on constant communication, monitoring and safety.

The building is situated on 4.72 acres and totals 6,790 square feet. The total site acreage is approximately 72 acres which will include future construction of a walking path, park, athletic fields, the Batavia Twp. Fire and Rescue Squad, an amphitheater and a cemetery.
