Charles J. Kubicki, President & CEO
Charles J. (Chuck) Kubicki, president and CEO, is a highly respected regional developer with a proven track record for successful commercial development, leasing and management. Based in Cincinnati, he has been active in all phases of the development of commercial real estate both for his own account and on a design/build basis since 1963. He founded CUC in 1978.

Ken Geis, Vice President
At CUC, Ken is responsible for internal operations for the company with a focus on public and private partnerships. Ken also works with clients regarding real estate development: property identification, feasibility studies, financial analysis, acquisition, site development, public and private incentives and marketing. Ken has extensive experience in organizational management with a focus on operations and budgeting, with over 27 years of experience in governmental operation.

Tom Lemmel, Vice President of Construction
Tom's vast construction experience encompasses all phases of construction and design services, from development of conceptual design solutions to the procurement of land, financing, and construction administration. As an employee of CUC, Tom has served as the Manager of the Architectural Department, Project Manager, and Vice President of Construction on a variety of projects including new and renovated facilities for corporate, institutional, retail, and special use clients. He is responsible for assembling the project management team for each CUC project, managing field and construction operations, scheduling, and quality control.

Albert Stahl, CPA, Controller
Al is responsible for all corporate and affiliate tax planning, financial planning, accounting, budgeting, cash management and investments. Al also maintains continual corporate relationships with all financing sources including banks, mortgage relationships, life insurance companies and CMBS lenders.

Chance M. Truemper, Property Development Coordinator
At CUC, Chance is responsible for many aspects of real estate development including property identification, feasibility studies, financial analysis, acquisition, design & engineering, site development and marketing. Formerly at CUC, Chance worked in the Pre-Construction department and was responsible for preparing project proposals, presentations, and budgeting.

Jade Ritter, AIA, Architect
Jade manages the in-house design staff at Cincinnati United Contractors. He is responsible for implementing design concepts, working with clients to ensure all of their architectural requirements are met and working within budgetary guidelines to create code compliant, cost conscious, aesthetically pleasing design to every CUC project. As an Architect, he is licensed in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana and South Carolina. His background involves design in a variety of commercial building types.
